Returns

If your unit arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund. Return shipping for verified defects is borne by us.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, the order follows the returns process above.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
