Will Oraflow Assist fit my dental chair?
Yes — the GI base mount is designed for standard dental chair rails and trays. If you have a non-standard chair, message us on WhatsApp with a photo of your chair and we will confirm compatibility before you order.
Is the device autoclavable?
The stainless-steel arm is fully autoclavable. The GI base should be wiped down with a standard surface disinfectant.
What warranty do I get?
Every unit ships with a 6-month manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are handled directly by our team on WhatsApp or phone.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
